Primary Teacher – Mansfield (Flexible Supply)

Pay Rate: £130–£180 per day (dependent on experience and responsibilities)

Experience: Experience teaching in a UK primary school (ECTs welcome)
Education Personnel are working with a number of primary schools across Mansfield to recruit flexible Primary Teachers for regular supply work across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Due to increased demand, we have a high volume of day-to-day and short-term bookings available to Primary Teachers, with opportunities for consistent work for the right candidates.
Many of the schools we work with in Mansfield are set on large sites with strong facilities, including well-maintained outdoor spaces, early years outdoor learning areas, spacious classrooms, and shared intervention rooms. Schools have clear routines, established behaviour expectations, and organised planning systems, making them suitable environments for supply teachers. Senior leaders are visible and supportive, and supply staff are given clear guidance to ensure a smooth working day.
This role is well suited to a Primary Teacher looking for flexibility while maintaining regular work in familiar local schools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS1 and KS2
• Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of different abilities
• Assess work in line with school expectations and provide feedback where required
• Follow school policies and routines, including safeguarding procedures
The Ideal Candidate:
• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Has experience teaching in a UK primary school
• Is confident teaching across different year groups
• Has strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Is flexible, reliable, and professional in approach
