Teaching Assistant – Full Time | Ripley, Derbyshire | Start ASAP

Education Personnel, one of the leading education recruitment agencies in the East Midlands, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Teaching Assistant to join a well-regarded secondary school in Ripley. This is a full-time role starting immediately and running until the end of the academic year.

The Role

• Support pupils across the school in their learning, wellbeing, and personal development
• Assist classroom teachers in delivering lessons and providing one-to-one or small group support
• Help manage behaviour and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment
• Support students with additional needs or learning difficulties
• Contribute to the smooth running of the school day and educational activities

The Ideal Candidate

• Graduate qualified or with relevant experience in education or child development
• Confident working with young people and able to support classroom learning effectively
• Reliable, adaptable, and enthusiastic about helping pupils achieve their potential
• DBS cleared or willing to obtain
